Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://nabranails.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Nabra Nails reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Hard Gel Nails, Acrylic Nails, Callus Removal, Eyebrow Waxing, Builder Gel Nails provided by Nabra Nails. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Nabra Nails and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Nabra Nails may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Nabra Nails disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabra Nails's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Nabra Nails in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Nabra Nails from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
Term Changes. Nabra Nails may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
